What a great experience in doing business with you. After working for Nordstrom for over 8 years, I know the most important thing in our business is to satisfy our customers and also how important it is to follow through with our customers. You made it so easy, and there were no hassles that my wife and I thought there would be. You also saved us quite a bit of money (thanks for that). The whole time of the process was just about 2 weeks, and that was way faster than the first one we dealt with. Thank you again for your call last week just to say hello to me, that phone call made me think I'm not just one of your customer but I'm your friend.
